We’d love to find a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in retail and great organisational skills to join our successful sales team. Ideally you’ll have a keen eye for detail and be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet and communicating well with others.
The day-to-day role includes processing new leads, managing customer correspondence, monitoring customer accounts, compiling data and reports, tracking targets, answering phone calls and scheduling diaries.
If you consider yourself to be a passionate and motivated person and have a keen interest in retail then you could be perfect to join our fast-paced and enthusiastic sales team. In this role, you would be focused on developing our network of major UK/US customers, as well as continuously helping to improve the department’s processes and procedures.
A key component of this position is to assist the National Account Manager with all customer meetings and product selection reviews. You would be involved at every stage of product and order development, working across multiple teams and taking ownership of issues, driving resolution and quality improvement.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative and organised designer with at least 1 years’ experience in the retail sector – let’s have a look at your portfolio!
We need a highly organised person with great time management and prioritisation skills to support our very busy product development team. You’ll need to have a keen interest in puzzles, brainteasers, and garden games and experience in retail would be ideal.
Key elements of the role include supporting the team on all product development from concept to final delivery, communicating with all relevant internal departments and external suppliers/distributors, compiling technical specifications and uploading specs, organising samples and handling all the administration for our product development programme.
