Our London-based product development team need a proactive, natural problem solver to join their busy team. We’re searching for an individual with at least two years’ experience in the gifting world, working knowledge of the Far East and a history of dealing with major retailers. You should have great attention to detail and be confident in dealing with suppliers and customers.

We’d love to find a highly-organised individual with great communication skills to join our busy team in Twickenham. Ideally you’ll be efficient and proactive with a keen eye for detail and be able to operate in a fast-paced environment, thinking on your feet.

The day-to-day role includes answering incoming calls, dealing with visitors, managing meeting rooms, office purchasing, maintaining a sound and organised office environment, booking travel and accommodation, stationery management, receiving and distributing packages and managing utility contracts.

If you consider yourself to be a passionate and motivated person and have a keen interest in retail then you could be perfect to join our fast-paced and enthusiastic sales team. In this role, you would be focused on developing our network of major UK/US customers, as well as continuously helping to improve the department’s processes and procedures.

A key component of this position is to assist the National Account Manager with all customer meetings and product selection reviews. You would be involved at every stage of product and order development, working across multiple teams and taking ownership of issues, driving resolution and quality improvement.
