When Professor Puzzle stumbled on some ancient puzzles in a far flung corner of the world he was hooked.
The business started as 'Ben's Baffling Brainbenders'. Puzzles were made one day and sold the next at the markets in Covent Garden and Camden. Every day crowds gathered around to try and solve his cunning metal challenges.
As the crowds got bigger, it became clear that his little market stall would never be able to satisfy the greedy masses. To enable all these people to share in the joys of puzzles, formal manufacturing was started at our old puzzle making premises in Surrey in 2002. Professor Puzzle Ltd was born.
Professor Puzzle Ltd has since moved to smart new premises in nearby Shepperton and we now supply puzzles from all corners of the world. We now claim, perhaps rather ambitiously, to be 'Number One for Puzzles Worldwide'. We are the largest specialist puzzle and brainteaser supplier in the UK and might be the largest in the world - but we're not 100% sure about that claim to be honest!
We are always working on the next devilishly difficult range, and launch new products every year.
